hey guys im a 2006 grad FMG starting a prelim in a big university hospital next month .... i dont have much US surgical experiance, for that matter much surgical experiance newhere..... its my dream to be a good resident not only for the ulterior motive of securing a cat next year but also for developing a good relationship with my seniors ......any and all advice with regards to how i can go about doing that would be appreciated.
