i am reading goljan and i see in crigler-najjar and gilbert syndrom urine urobilinogen is NORMAL (p.367 rapid review 2th edition) now my confusion is why urobilinogen in urin and stool does not DECREASE in these tow diseases? ANY INPUTS,PLEASE!
