All the following match the anticoagulant with its
correct mechanism of action except
A. abciximab—GpIIb/IIIa receptor inhibition
B. clopidogrel—inhibition of thromboxane A2 release
C. fondaparinux—inhibition of factor Xa
D. argatroban—thrombin inhibition
E. warfarin—vitamin K—dependent carboxylation of
coagulation factors
