46 y o male, with JVD, gynecomastia, icterus, dilated superficial veins on abd, admitted to hospital with rigid, locally painfull with rebound, abdomen. The causative agent of peritonitis is likely:

a. Strep
b. Staff
c. Klebsiella
d. Proteus
e. Clostridium

Kids and adults - Primary Peritonitis- Staph and Strep
Adults with cirhosis-Primary Peritonitis-Klebsiella and E. Coli.
