In this question patient has Ig M Anti HBcAG postive, and hep b E antigen postive...choices are a. no treatment b. give hep b vacc plus immunoglob c. hep b vacc d. hep b immuno e ovserve i got aswer right....BBB uworld says it is chance of 90 percent to infant so give both...then they say if hep b e antigen is Negative with anti hep b C postive....chance of transmision is 20 percent...but they dont tell uss what we need to do. my question...lets say they give us on the exam: hep B e Ag NEG, Anti Hep B c Ag postive with above choices....what wud we do... thanks...
