Can someone explain the pathophysiology behind gynecomastia in cronic renal failure?

thank you.

CRF causes uremia. Uremia causes many hormonal imbalances like low testosterone levels and high estrogen levels along with low spermatogenesis, loss of libido, impotence and amenorrhea (reduces the cyclic luteinizing hormone surge).

This is the reason for gynecomastia.

The exact mechanism of how uremia affects hormonal balance : I don't know smiling face
