Come on guys, can't you even think of a single question to 'not' ask bbb?

  #5

Nope!

  #6

Who is she??

  #7

how about this.....
bbb, what are my chances if my credentials are.....
bbb, what is the name of your program so I may come and give you sweets in favor of getting an interview, perhaps?
bbb, do you think you can pull my application (no sweets, this time)?

sorry, guys and gals. IDK how to delete my previous post. I was trying to correct my grammar, didn't realize first one went through already.

1. Here are some sweets, now where is my position? gringrin
2. How can you combine common sense, humor AND sweets to guess our chances of getting into a good Residency? Do you have a special trick in your ERAS for that as well? gringrin

1- can I give you the sweets after the match?
2- is the sweet direclty proportional to my match chances?
3- Do you like milky ways? or maybe a twix??
4- what if you don't like it??
5- do i have to bring sweets to your dog too?

LOL! grin

I'm not seeing the point in this thread. Regardless, post but ensure that whatever you say is sensible. In the end, we are all doctors here smiling face

Hi...no I was just feeling that most threads tend to serve a purpose. Statements like the one above may also come off as offensive. (P.S. VQmismatch, nothing against you, you're awesome and are a great contributor to the forum smiling face )

Not offensive to me. You got humor, VQmismatch. Rock on!
We are under a lot of stress with this match, a little humor could go a looooooooooong way!

Heck, I better answer or not answer.....

1- can I give you the sweets after the match? Sure, that's not an issue
2- is the sweet direclty proportional to my match chances? No, it isn't
3- Do you like milky ways? or maybe a twix?? Violet Crumble or Skittles
4- what if you don't like it?? You, my friend, are so screwed.....
5- do i have to bring sweets to your dog too? No, but they love squeakie toys and Milkbones.

  1. You know I don't do chances.
  2. BBB Internal Medicine Residency Program, somewhere between Alaska and Florida
  3. Pull your application? "Pull" to means that you want to withdraw it. Okay, if that's what you want.
