can any body tell me the difference in locations of panacinar and centriacinar . emphysema

In Centrilobular emphysema, the central or proximal parts of acini are affected whereas distal alveoli are spared. It is most severe in the upper lobes and superior segments of lower lobes of lung. In Panacinar emphysema, acini are uniformly enlarged from the level of respiratory bronchiole to the terminal blind alveoli .It occurs more commonly in the lower zones and in the anterior margins of the lung , and is usually most severe at the bases
