what is Differential Diagnosis of

Facial Nerve Palsy (bilateral ) + dysphagia + dysarthria

but anything which effects Brainstem can't cause arthritis. it might be some autoimmune condition which effects all systems of body.

Fred,
stroke and most of the brain stem invovement cause unilateral symptom(mostly)
the point is bilateral facial palsy...for this reason I thought about that Fancy syndrome...

this sounds tricky......sarcoidosis can give b/l facial palsy but what about dysarthia and dysphagia?/
