Hi guys! I just wanna share this flail chest video I saw on youtube. When you see the video, remember that massive flail chest occurs "due to severe blunt injury to the chest causing two-point fractures of more than four ribs --> a segment of the chest becomes loose/flail --> negative pressure on chest pulls the unstable segment inwards"* --> hence the paradoxical breathing.
