PALPITATIONS when did you start noticing? are they continous or intermittent? how frequent r they? are they regular or irregular? are they related to any particular event? have you ever passed away? any difficulty in adjusting to temperature? tremors? any chest pain or sob? headache? stress at home or work? caffiene? alcohol?recreational drugs
