hi guys heard thyis place is bad, but nothing objective, got an IV from them , want to know ur opinion about the palce..objective ones..thanks. its for peds,

Its not that the hospital is bad, but the neighborhood around it is not that safe. The other problem is that there is not much of a fellowship career after finishing from there. Otherwise it is a pretty good place, in my opinion.

Hi Dr3match09 when did u sched your IV at hurley-peds? Im got one too, but not sure how it goes around there... :-) Hve you heard from them after you replied for IV date?

gotan, y isnt there any fellowship possibilities after finishing? no teaching or wat? i dont understand.

Nothing like that Its just that the number of residents joining a fellowship after finishing is not that high. But thats just my opinion. There are residents that got fellowships and are doing well now. Teaching is good. There are some AWESOME teachers there  And it takes mostly IMGs so there is a good chance of getting in there. hello guys, i got an IV here. Dec 16. Anyone on the same day? I dont know much about the program, but they take around 5 PGY1 only i guess. Lets see how it goes. 99/99/pass/soon to take step 3
