hi guys, i got a question regarding the usce. does it have to absolutely be in ob/gyn department? cause i've had 4 months usce, but all of them were in IM (a month as a subintern) and another 2 months usce in surgery. do u guys think that it would be a problem for the application for ob? thanks a lot beforehand for the answers.

Some progs require USCE just to make sure we are familiar with the working environment in the US, not necessarily the specialty that you apply to. If you have OB USCE, thats perfect, if IM, its still good. NOT a lot of IMG have USCE. Good luck.
