Tha answer is High Protein meal. High protein meal especially rich in Arginine stimulates both Insulin N Glucagon. GIP Stimulates only Insulin BUT NOT Glucagon. Somatostatin inhibits both Insulin N glucagon Hyperglycemia stimulates insulin,inhibits glucagon and vise versa.
