I stumbled across this while looking for mnemonics to help study for the MCAT and wanted to share mine. I used the one letter codes.
Amino Acids (by side chains):
Acidic: acED (pronounced "aced")
glutamic acid (E) and aspartic acid (D) are ACIdic
Basic: baHRK ("bark")
histidine (H), arginine (R), and lysine (K) are BAsic
Non-Polar: Non-WIMP FLAV
trp (W), ile (I), met (M), pro (P), phe (F), leu (L), ala (A), and val (V) are NON-polar
Polar: polaCY QSTNG ("policy questioning")
cys (C), tyr (Y), gln (Q), ser (S), thr (T), asn (N), and gly (G) are POLAr
sorry that the last two aren't as clever (IMHO)
also, I remember that gly and ala are SMall by "GAsm"
I hope this helped, it worked for me anyway.
essential amino acids :
I Love Totti Very Much And Perhapes Totti Loves Him
Love = Leucine
Totti = Threonine
Very = Valine
Much = Methionine
And = Arginine
Perhapes = Phenylalanine
Totti = Tryptophan
Loves = Lysine
Him = Histidine
Any help to memorize glicolysis pleasee
For the substrates:
Good gracious Father Frank did go by picking pumpkins (to) prepare pie.
Fructose 1,6 Bis-Phosphate
For the Enzymes:
High profile people act too glamerous, posing (for) pictures every place!
Hexokinase (Also glucokinase)
Triose Phosphate Isomerase
Glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate Dehyrdogenase
All kinases in glycolysis involve ATP/ADP + Pi, all dehydrogenases involve NAD+/NADH.

I found a Web site with visual and narrative mnemonics for the Krebs cycle and urea cycle among others. Here there are the links:
Got all 20 amino acids by non-polar, polar, basic, acidic (by first letter of full name):
Get = (Glycine)
A = (Alanine)
L I P = (Leucine, Isoleucine, Phenylalanine)
To = (Tryptophan)
My = (Methionine)
Pe*** = (Proline)
Some = (Serine)
Times = (Threonine)
They = (Tyrosine)
Are = (Asparagine)
Good = (Glutamine)
C***’s = (Cysteine)
Hot = (Histidine)
Little = (Lysine)
A** = (Arginine)
All = (Aspartic acid)
Good = (Glutamic acid)
Say it all together now!

Can I Keep Selling Sex For Money, Officer?
Citrate, Isocitrate, alpha-Ketoglutamate, Succinyl CoA, Succinate, Fumarate, Oxaloacetate
Cystinuria: COLA transporter out of the urine
COLA transporter defective in Proximal convoluted tubule(urine).
Cysteine kidney stone (cysteine staghorn calculi) due to excess cystine in urine.
Hope you all get it
Thanks for all the ideas, made studying Glycolysis, Krebs and the amino-acids a breeze
Not really sure it counts as biochemistry but here's a mnemonic for the different stages of meiotic prophase:
Leptotene, Zygotene, Pachytene, Diplotene, Diakinasis
Look at Zoro Pissing Down the Drain
and I remember that Diakinasis comes after Diplotene because the beginning has a close sound to die, which is what always happens in the end..
Hope it helps someone
You can try At Another Dance Devon spilled down five drinks to remember enzymes in Kreb's cycle.
