A 25-year-old male presents to the Emergency Department after a fight complaining of diplopia and a contusion on the left cheek. On examination, which one of the following physical findings is most likely?


    1)    fixed dilated left pupil

    2)    hemorrhage in anterior chamber of left eye

    3)    compression deformity of left cheekbone

    4)    step deformity of left lower orbit

    5)    bleeding left nostril

4. Injury of the orbital floor, diplopia may be due to the muscle damage or nerve entrapement.
