A lady 65 year old with vaginal prolapse treated with pessary . what is the most serious long term complication?
a.. pressure ulcer
b.. vaginal CA
c.. CA cervix
d.. pyometra
e.. UTI


i think answer is A pressure ulcer


Why not UTI? Please explain
