45 yrs pt has been having a duodenal ulcer fince last 2 years. now he presents clear color vomitng and partly digested food. he also shows weight loss of 3 kg in the last one month. what is the most appropriate diagnosis?

A pyloric stenosis
B pyloric carcinoma
raised eyebrow

I think this patient is having gastric outlet obstruction, therefore--------->A, but Pyloric stenosis needs further work up---------> Endoscopy&biopsy
