 hip flexors and extensors

name them ?


flexion at hip joint=,quadriceps femoris,sartorius,iliacus,psoas,pectineus
extensors at hip joint=hamstrings--semitendinosus,semimembranosus, biceps femoris,hamstring portion of adductor magnus


simply remember flexor as iliopsoas
extensor as gluteus maximus
