what is more important?2 digit score or 3 digit?
say a guy who got 90 with 230 a year back n a guy with 221 and 90 this year what will program director look for?
while applying for residency what is the criteria mentioned?2 digit or 3 digit?plz do reply

PDs look for smart guys and solid and motivated professionals (based on the whole CV) rather than for just good test takers... If you don't trigger PD's interest by your personal statement, no 999/99 scores will substitute that...

3 digit is more imporatant. It's the score American doc are use to interpret. Majority of them do not even know what 2 digit score means and how it corresponds with 3 digits. Only IMGs are used to 2 dig score, nobody else understand that score:o(

Plus 3 digit score is more precise.

it's true; the only people who talk about the two digit are IMGs and people who get 99!
