i'm preparing 4usmle step 2 after alredy passing step 1,i wanna ask u some questions if u plz..
1-after finishing usmle and going to USA ,will i find my jop surely or it's not sure that i will work there?
2-i wanna knou a site 4 free usmle mnemonics
3-what's 'effect of score in usmle,i mean what will b 'diffrence if i got 80 or 90?

most common factors considered for single agent or multiple agents for the treatment of GTD (GTN) are (as per the book):

- Dignosis < or >4 months of molar pregnancy,
- Beta hCG < or >40K mU/ml at diagnosis,
- Sites of metastases (lung, pelvis - vs - liver and brain)
- Previous chemotherapy success
- Onset following term pregnancy....etc.

Visitor u r correct:

Multiple agents given if intial high titer >40,000
Preg>4mo along
Mets to brain, liver
If px was low earlier but tx didnt work
follow up for 5 yrs
