Definitely The arterioles.Hey is Pressure reduction teh same as the Reduction in Resistance??

Ya....ans.is arterioles,but when and why?

Arterioles are also known as Resistance vessels due to high elastin/collagen in their walls allowing more recoiling and therefore offering the most resistance to blood flow.
