while lying supine, aspiration of any object will enter which bronchopulmonary segment?

rt middle lobe??

the superior segmental bronchus of the lower lobar bronchus is the only segmental bronchus that exits from the posterior wall of the lobar it enters superior segmental bronchus of rt lower lobe if supine at the time of aspiration

yep aspiration pneumonia commonly involves apical segment of right lower lobe of right lung .
