After a loving grand-mother gave honey to her 8 month old grand-son while mom went shopping , the baby develops constipation , poor suckling , weak crying , descending symmetric paralysis and hypotonia .

What is the next step in management ?

a ) IV ampicillin and Gentamicin

b ) Metronidazole and Gentamicin

c ) Equine Derived Botulinum Antitoxin

d ) Supportive Care

e ) Tetanus Vaccin and Toxoid

Antitoxin must be administered asap to prevent diaphragmatic paralysis!
