Can anyone help me in solving this doubt that came to my mind while reviewing strep What happen pressing over the exanthem in scarlet fever? Does it blanch or does it remain there? In other words is it due to local vasodilation or to extravasation of blood? Please don't make me go through tons of pages to find out this.... Edited by virgola82 on May 03, 2007 - 2:19 PM
