In patients presenting with chest pain.....is it necessary to record BP in both the arms (to rule out Aortic dissection)....FA does mention that you have to...whereas UWorld mentions it as one of the invstigations.

If the SP has it on their checklist then we may lose points for not doing it but on the other hand doing it will take a good 2-3 minutes.

Does anyone know the answer to this ?

Never check blood pressure or vitals in CS. Its a waste of time.
If it seem really important we need to mention that in lab work up.
