Newborn with abdominal distension and failure to pass meconium at 48 hours of age.abdominal x-ray shows dilated loops with air fluid levels and a granular ground glass material.
A gastrophin enema is administrated with good effect,as the infant passes meconium.which one is indicated in the follow up management?
1) sweat chloride test
2) fluid deprivation test
3) gastrointestinal motility test
4) small bowel biopsy
5) glucose tolerance test

1 - meconium ileus - CF
