With Oligohydramnios we treat the cause if possible...or if there is ROM, patient may benefit from Amnio-infusion..

Not sure if it requires "immediate" delivery??

And what is leaking liquor??!!!!

A leak seems more serious

does leaking liquor mean Rupture of membrames?....if yes then shouldn't it be that otherwise there would be increased chances of chorioamnionitis?....& if it means alcohol then I would go for oligohydramnios as it can cause cord compression....so what's the correct ans sweety?...but all ina ll I thing cord compression is much serious condition & should be addressed first rather than an infection.
