Usually what I understand is that pregnancy is considered an immunocompromised condition, but UW says that graves disease improves in pregnancy bcz of immunotolerance which inhibits the effects of TSI.??????

What I understand Pregnency is not an immunocompromised state...

Grave disease improve in pregnency because in pregnency you have increases ECF which dilute the TSI and so improve the disease condition
