I have one "on hold" too. But I really dont understand my real chance for that. Anyone whose apllication was put on hold and later received invitaion in tha past please answer!!!

How do you known that your application is on hold? I don`t recieve any information from the IM programs where I applied to.

Galeno - the program writes you and tells you so.

at most places it means a polite rejection,but if your application is really on hold then the programme will usually write you a lengthly mail saying something like they will mail you if any people drop out and it will help if ur available for short notice etc etc....
