A 30-year-old female is healthy, with no significant
findings on review of systems and on physical examina-
tion. A screening Pap smear shows cells consistent with
CIN I. The causation of her CIN is most likely related to
O (A) Intake of oral contraceptives
O (B) Diethylstilbestrol exposure
