seronegative arthropathies are said untreatable

reactive arthropathy is the exception. give tetracycline for 3 weeks for reiter's disease and there is rapid improvement of symptoms also early antibiotic treatment of urethritis will prevent reiter's

( seronegative arthropathies are said not to be treatable)


forced diuresis is useful only in cases of salicylate or phenob poisoning


gastric lavage after 1hr is usually ineffective except in TCA OD cos TCA reduce peristalsis ( via A'Chgic effect)


hypothermic pulseless patients can be resuscitated beyond the usual 10min of efforts.


in general, the most accurate test in evaluating the cns is MRI.
CT is superior to MRI only in intracranial bleeding.
