what is the classic ECG finding in pulmonary embolus, and explain it>
what is the most common ECG finding here?

ecg often shows sinus tachycardia

the classic pattern of acute right heart strain with an S wave in lead I , Q wave in lead III and T wave inversion in V3 is uncommon

T wave inversion in lead III or V3 , i think is in lead III.
and right axis deviation
