what does choice D say???

  #5

d says the answer is 5-ALA( which is the answer i.e. lead poisoning )

  #6

Difficult one....

  #7

why is not pyruvate kinase?

  #8

there are not signs of pyruvate kinase deficiency.
it is normocytic anemia, hemolytic, jaundice since birth, mild splenomegaly, right-shifted oxigen-dissociation curve, that is it.
it's mild, not neurological symptoms, not microcytic
