Hi every body
would any one give me any informations about usage of anticoagulation in Heart failure ?what are the indications ?
thank you

if ejection fraction<20%, pt should be on warfarin
also if pt has A fib

thats right, low EF or AF are indication of coagulation in HF

but don't u think the Hf secondary to Ischemic heart disease another indication?
with my regard's

well guest, ischemic heart disease when it is acute is an indication for coagulation by itself and does not reqd heart failiure for its indication, as far as hear failiure due to IHD is concern,in long term does not reqd coagulation, unless the above mention criteria are also met.
any further suggestion also invited.
