a 35-year-old woman has had lupus for a number of years and has required steroids, azathioprine and cyclophosphamide to control the inflammation in her kidney. She develops fatigue, night sweats, weight loss and increased number and size of lymph nodes. Which of the following are you most concerned that she may have?<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

1) a lymphoma.

2) a melanoma.

3) an exacerbation of her lupus.

4) a Kaposi's sarcoma.
