hi frens, can anyone tell, whether to drape first and wash ur hands or wash ur hands first and then drape thanx in advance

I did surgery for years and you scrubed for 15 minutes. You don't have to drape, the surgical scrub nurve took care that and the resident draped. But going back to your answer, you washed your hand and cut all your nails and washed and scrubed and scrubed for 15 -20 minutes and then you draped. My toes were green at the end of the day after a all day surgery. Why ? I was a reisdent doing all day surgery, day after day and I was always on the lower side when patients blood poured all over me onto my shoes and onto my toes and got fungal infection at teh end of the days. I did a lot of C-sections sometimes 4-7 a day !
