why is there INCREASED body temperature in pheochromocytom as a result of VASOCONCTRICTION?!!! I always thought vasoconstriction must decrease body temperature???

Catecolamine increase the BMR and so increase the body temp. Vasoconstriction becomes important in case of skin temperature regulation. IN vasodilatation the skin B vessel dissipate the heat and in vasoconstriction they conserve the heat .......................
