hello all
one of my top choice progs history in acgme website is shown as full acc. now since 3 years but before that for 2 or 3 years , it was on prbationary acc.
does this matter ?
is it fine as long as it is acc . when i graduate?
it seems to be providing good training with 100 % board pass rate and sticking to 80 hr rule....

any replies?

this is intersting...if anyone knows anything...especially bbb??
how does it matter if your program is on probation or not?
and does the history also matter?

Probationary accreditation could be for any number of things: deficiencies that weren't corrected in a certain amount of time, new program director, new hospital leadership. If they fixed the problem and now have full accreditation, I wouldn't worry about it. Even probationary accreditation is accredited - it shouldn't be a problem.

thank u are an angelnod

thanks bbb
