If there is increased Amylase in Mumps, is this a salivary amylase or a pancreatic amylase or could it be both?

it could be both

why does pancreatic amylase increase?

mumps virus has affinity for salivary gland , pancreatic tissue and causes parotitis, pancreatitis and orchitis...
