1. edema in nephrotic syndrome b/o decreased capillary oncotic pressure.

2.edema in CHF. B/O increased capillary hydrostatic pressure.

3. edema in burn and inflammation is b/o increased interstitial oncotic pressure. increased capillary permeability allows the protein to leak into interstitium and increase the oncotic pressure.
