34-y-man: 6 wks fever, cough, sob. 12lb wt loss in last 6 months. nontender cervical lymphadenopathy. Past medical history of IMN, HBV, impetigo, prostatitis, & tinea versicolor.

Diagnosis?

What is IMN?

Think of Tuberculosis, Lung cancer is less probable

IMN = infectious mononucleosis

diagnosis = TB?
