For a simple start, you can get KAPLAN videos + KAPLAN lecture notes. These would be probably enough.

Specific information:

Step 1:

- View Step 1 content description
- View Step 1 test question formats
- Download software to run Step 1 tutorial and sample test materials
- Download Step 1 content description and sample test materials in portable document format (PDF)

Step 2:

- View Step 2 CK content description
- View Step 2 CK test question formats
- Download software to run Step 2 CK tutorial and sample test materials
- Download Step 2 CK content description and sample test materials in portable document format (PDF)
- Step 2 CS Information Page

Step 3:

- Purpose and content
- Download Step 3 content description and sample test materials in portable document format (PDF)
Mutliple Choice items
- Test question formats
- Download software to run tutorial and sample test materials
Computer-based case simulations
- Download software to run PrimumĀ® tutorial and sample cases

For more information:

Visit the official website-- http://usmle.org--- Visit prep4usmle.com's dedicated sections: Step 1, Step 2 CK, Step 2 CS, and Resources, Books, and Downloads sections--- Browse the support forums and ask other members for help.

Hope this helps..
