What is Lynch syndrome n its criteria?

An inherited disorder in which affected individuals develop colon cancer, usually at early ages. Also called hereditary nonpolyposis colon cancer,with right sided predominace..it has genetical background but unfortunately i dont know the criteria for diagnosis :? ...family history with colorectal ca individuals,relatives may be useful for differantial diagnosis :?:

Yes also called hereditary nonpolyposis synd (HNPCC)
Colon CA arises from normal mucosa
CA history in atleast 3 first degree relatives and seen in at least 2 generation while occuring in at least 1 family member <50yrs of age. Commonly colon CA in this case is proximal in location.
Strong association with ovarian and endometrial CA in women
Associated with mutations of several genes and is Autosomal Dominant
