Kaplan phys says PAH at lower than Tm is COMPLETELY secreted. BRS says it´s filtered and excreted. which is rikght?

So what your saying is that Kaplan discarded a small amount of filtered PAH in order to be more practical! right? The thing we should remember is that PAH is used to measure the ERPF because it is more secreted than filtered and thus, it is evidence of the peritubular plasma flow in the nephrogenous zone. :wink:
