A 38-year-old woman is involved in a motor vehicle accident in which she collides with a bridge abutment head-on. She was wearing a seatbelt. Exam in the ER demonstrates a bruise coinciding with the seat belt straps. Her abdomen is tender. CT scan with contrast is most likely to demonstrate which of the following?

A. Renal vascular injury
