SVC syndrome would have JVD with absent pulsations A patient who came for blood donation was screened and found to be positive for HBsAg and HBeAg. His liver transaminases were normal. The most important next step is B. You def. wouldn't want to do a biopsy, and you could observe and do follow up, but probaly a viral load will help determine the course best?? Rheumatoid factor in rheumatoid arthritis is important because D. it correlates with the degree of inflammation at that point. Which of the following is seen in ITP? C. Since ITP = thrombocytopenia I'm going with prolonged bleed time??

1)Answer is D..In JVP due to SVC obstruction-------absent pulsation. 2)Answer is D--Asymptomatic HBV pts-------observation & followup. 3)Answer is D--correlate with disease activity. 4)Answer is C--Inc: bleeding time---platelet dysfunction.
