1)Answer is D..In JVP due to SVC obstruction-------absent pulsation.
2)Answer is D--Asymptomatic HBV pts-------observation & followup.
3)Answer is D--correlate with disease activity.
4)Answer is C--Inc: bleeding time---platelet dysfunction.
