How do you keep cleanliness at home?

To be honest, I love cleanliness but hate cleaning. Of course, I am dusting and vacuuming carpets but that's all. I prefer hiring dazzling cleaning and don't worry about cleanliness at home at all. Besides, I have no time for this as I work a lot and come home late at night. Delegation is the key to success.
