 pseudomonas--arterial involvement?

our path questions suggest pseudomonas and an arterial involvement?
any thoughts on this?

I can say its opportunistic. Describe as a:

gram negative, non lactose fermenting, oxidase +, catalse+, aerobic bacilli, cultured on EMB or McConkey.
key words-pyocynin, exotoxin A, inactivate EF2

nice review, those are the impt characteristics to know for sure. I did find some web resources linking p. aeruginosa to arteritis but I don't think it's common
