AMIDE’s : indapamide : HTN/ CHF thiazide • chlorpropamide, tolbutamide, tolazamide : sulfonylureas DM2 • disopyramide : ventricular arrhythmia • flutamide : prostate cancer • loperamide : anti-diarrheal – inhib peristalsis • metoclopramide : Gi motility  nausea,vomiting  chemo, GERD • pyrazinamide : TB • sulfacetamide : topical corneal ulcers • tropicamide : atropine eye • procainamide : drug SLE

PYR’s : pyrimethamine : malaria • pyridoxine : B6 • Pyridostigmine : gravis • pyrazinamide : TB • pyrantel : anti-parasitic

CLO’s : clomiphene : ovulation • clomipramine : OCD, TCA • clozapine :resistant schizophrenia • clonidine : HTN • clopidogrel : anti-PLT • clonazepam : status epilepticus • clorazepate :anxiety • clotrimazole :vaginal candidiasis

PHE’s : Phenobarbital :+ P450 • Phenelzine : MAOI’s • Phenylephrine : a1 • Phenoxybenzamine, Phentolamine : a blocker • Phenytoin : epilepsy • Phenacetin :transitional Ca, papillary necrosis • Phenformin
